How it Works:

You join at any time and either flow into an existing cohort or as a new one emerges, we get you started with introductions and our first meeting.

We meet monthly for 90 minutes with ample time allocated to individual questions, plus my guidance on critical issues for managers. (In the absence of questions, I facilitate a discussion on best practices for the key areas that managers must master to succeed.)

You have unlimited e-mail access to me during the coaching program.

I’m happy to run up to two Zoom calls with you in a 1×1 situation during the program to of added coaching to support your efforts. Seriously. This is where we can take some quality time to tailor your coaching and development efforts.
