Lock in 2019 Professional Development with Challenging Conversations

Dec 17, 2018

I've long been convinced we work our way to professional success one challenging conversation and one challenging situation at a time. (Think about it.) Of course, learning to succeed in those moments is the critical part. That's why we put together our online/on-demand program, Crushing It with Challenging Conversations.

If you’ve followed my writing for any length of time, you know I regularly return to the importance of learning to master challenging situations and conversations. (Take a look at the listing of my challenging conversations articles for a refresh.) I’ve long been convinced we work our way to professional success one challenging conversation and one challenging situation at a time. (Think about it.) Of course, learning to succeed in those moments is the critical part.

I coach, teach, speak, and train emerging leaders and the program I am most excited to share is my Crushing it With Challenging Conversations program. I run live sessions of this program, however, the online/on-demand program is the focus here. We run in cohorts, so this opens and closes and we are taking new registrants from our waiting list and opening enrollment until 12/19/18 at 11:59 Pacific. Our next opening will be sometime later in 2019 (at a higher price).

If seizing control of your career and advancement is important, this is a great place to start as we head into the new year. Check out the practical, powerful program content by visiting our course page and join the growing list of professionals learning to truly succeed in the moments that count in our careers.

If you have questions or want to talk about a group enrollment, drop me a note. And remember, the deadline for enrollment is 12/19/18 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific. Once you’re part of the program, you gain all of the future updates and course additions at no charge. I would love to serve you here!

Yours in great career success,
