I blend coaching + multi-month cohort work, and for several programs, outside guest experts to create sustained learning and development experiences.

Join the thousands of professionals who started their managerial careers here. This four-month cohort + coaching program will help you or the newer manager on your team start strong and scale successfully. We meet 1x/month as a cohort, and you meet with your coach up to 2x monthly. Work with individuals across industries and geographies and grow your success. The Senior Manager Program (SMP)

My flagship program, the SMP, is for senior manager to C-level professionals motivated to level up to larger roles and/or motivated to scale their impact across the enterprise. Executive Coaching

A core part of my work involves a limited number of senior or rising executives navigating a critical point in their growth. I regularly work with these individuals on strengthening their executive presence, growing as strategists, and developing as more effective leaders in the face of complexity and uncertainty.
