If you’ve followed my writing for any length of time, you know I regularly return to the importance of learning to master challenging situations and conversations. I’ve long been convinced we work our way to professional success one challenging conversation and one challenging situation at a time. (Think about it.) Of course, learning to succeed in those moments is the critical part.

I coach, teach, speak, and train emerging leaders and the program I am most excited to share is my Crushing it With Challenging Conversations program. I run live sessions of this program, however, the online/on-demand program is the focus here. We run in cohorts, so this opens and closes and we are taking new registrants from our waiting list and opening enrollment until 12/19/18 at 11:59 Pacific.
