I’ve long been convinced we work our way to professional success one challenging conversation and one challenging situation at a time. (Think about it.) Of course, learning to succeed in those moments is the critical part.
I coach, teach, speak, and train emerging leaders and the program I am most excited to share is my Crushing it With Challenging Conversations program. I run live sessions of this program, however, the online/on-demand program is the focus here.
