Solving Managerial Challenges Together—Friday’s Leadership Caffeine Jam Session

Join me and a cast of your peers from across industries and organizations on Friday, 5/12, at noon central when we come together for an hour to identify and develop solutions for some of the most vexing challenges all managers face. REGISTER HERE.

Here’s how this is going to work:

  • I’ll lead off the session with a short list of the vexing challenges I hear from managers via my coaching sessions.
  • We’ll brainstorm together on ideas to solve these challenges.
  • The crowd tees up subsequent challenges, and we work together to identify approaches and solutions.

If you’ve not attended a Leadership Caffeine Jam Session before (visit archive page), expect a lightning-fast, fun, information and idea-filled hour where the crowd lights up the chat stream with ideas and approaches for the various challenges. And, in case you can’t make it, we send out the recording, anonymous chat stream, and session mind map with captured notes to all registrants.

Join us for Leadership Caffeine Jam Session #19 Vexing Dilemmas of Managers at All Levels and How to Overcome Them.

Remember, we all grow smarter together!

Yours in great professional development,

Art's Signature
