I’m over-the-top excited to share my new Experts Channel (via YouTube), focusing on sharing the insights, research, and wisdom of the individuals studying and achieving individual, team, and organizational high performance!
My goal in this series is to bring people to our community who can help us all think, think differently, and challenge us to strive for success in our careers and for our organizations.
Our first three interview guests do all of that and more!
Check Out These Initial Experts Channel Interviews:
Kim “K.C.” Campbell, Colonel, U.S.A.F. (retired) who shares her fascinating development as a highly decorated fighter pilot and the many leadership lessons she learned and shares in her book, Flying in the Face of Fear. Kim is truly remarkable and her story fascinating!
Bill Schaninger on his provocative new book (with Emily Field and Bryan Hancock) Power to the Middle and our discussion on why we need to rethink everything about how we develop, challenge, and compensate the middle-level managers in our organizations. Bill brings wisdom gained through experience in big consulting and a fascinating perspective on how we got into this mess with middle-level managers (and how to fix it)!
Dr. Peter Kim offers us the insights he’s gained in studying the science behind “trust” over twenty years. His book: How Trust Works will have you considering the issues of building and repairing trust on the personal, organizational, and even global levels! Peter’s great humor and worldly perspective adds up to a Big Think book ideal for leaders, managers, and humans!
