Something I always did as a corporate executive was to make sure as many of my team members as possible were set up for professional development early in the new year. I love helping my team members launch into the new year with their brains boiling with ideas, fresh approaches, and energy for the challenges ahead!

Now that the role has shifted and I’m delivering the coaching and training, I am committed to creating that environment for others early in the new year with my cohort+coaching programs.

Almost 500 Managers (New and Experienced) Joined Me Last Year

Last year, over 300 new(er) managers joined me in the Manager Development Program for New(er) Managers and another 174 in The Experienced Manager Program. While most of my programs are organization sponsored (closed to just members of the organization), I keep open enrollment sessions on the calendar for those who value the diversity of participants and industries. Frankly, the open enrollment sessions are among the most idea-filled as participants share their challenges and practices across industries.

We have two Manager Development opportunities for you or your team members kicking off in January.

The Manager Development Program for New(er) Managers (MDP)

In this cohort-based program that includes four group sessions plus a 1×1 coaching session, I help those new(er) to managing to build a foundation for success. We focus on how to bring the Ten Core Programs of the Manager’s Operating System™ into the workplace and build a healthy working environment with their teams. Participants leave with detailed guidance on how to grow trust, build a team environment, deliver performance feedback, conduct quality 1×1 sessions, and build a healthy, dynamic workplace.

MDP Program Dates/Pricing

January 10, 17, 24, and 31 from 1-4 central via Zoom.

Coaching sessions are set up at the participant’s convenience and focus on customizing the program content to the individual’s unique situation. The cost is $497 per participant, and this includes the 1×1 coaching. For two participants, the cost is $447 and 3 or more, $397.

The Experienced Manager Program (EMP)

This cohort+coaching program is exclusively for experienced managers striving to scale their impact for their organizations. Ideal for those managing managers or moving to the ranks of senior management. We focus on succeeding at a higher level with powerful, practical guidance on leading change, growing influence, engaging with senior management peers, mentoring and developing new leaders and promoting innovation.

EMP Program Dates/Pricing:

January 19, 26, February 2, 9 from noon to 3 Central, plus a special session/guest speaker TBA. Coaching sessions are set up at the participant’s convenience and focus on customizing the program content to the individual’s unique situation. The cost is $695 per participant. For two individuals, the cost is $595 each, and for three or more, $545 each.

Group Programs

If the open-enrollment dates don’t work and you have a group of five or more, let’s set up a custom session for your team for dates that work with you. We can run these online or live at your location. The group programs offer an opportunity to tailor the development experience to your current priorities.
