Manager Development Program—for managers with less than two years of experience in the role
This is our most widely attended program and for good reason. The Manager Development program (training plus coaching) is the most comprehensive program of its type for those new to managing. Together in our cohort sections and via 1×1 coaching, we help new managers build a strong foundation, tune in to the challenges of their role and gain practice in all of the core activities of front-line managers.
