August Leadership Development Carnival and Reading List

Aug 5, 2012

This month's excellent edition of the Leadership Development Carnival is being hosted by Sharlyn Lauby, aka the H.R. Bartender! In addition to a great variety of posts, Sharlyn asked each contributor to share what they are reading this summer, and the results make for a great reading list for the final weeks of pre-Labor Day book consumption.

Fellow blogger and good friend, Dan McCarthy does us all a great service in producing the monthly Leadership Development Carnivals. These collections of leadership posts are like a self-contained leadership development course, from some truly inspirational professionals. Dan occasionally takes a break and shares the hosting responsibilities with some fellow bloggers, and this month’s excellent edition of the Leadership Development Carnival is being hosted by Sharlyn Lauby, aka the H.R. Bartender! (Sharlyn wins my award for favorite blogger/blog pseudonym!)

In addition to a great variety of posts, Sharlyn asked each contributor to share what they are reading this summer, and the results make for a great reading list for the final weeks of pre-Labor Day book consumption.

Thanks to Sharlyn for hosting and Dan for keeping this great effort moving along from month to month!
