Ensuring that there is a clear understanding of where you are at today and where you want to go is step 1 of any process to improve sales and marketing performance.  This is as simple as a review of your current strategy or, if needed, I help you and your team work through my Rapid Strategy Refresh process to ensure that we are armed with clear context for your opportunities and challenges.

-Sales and Marketing Audit

I assess your current systems, approaches, programs, structure and if desired, current talent against the backdrop of your firm’s strategies and opportunities, and then offer recommendations for needed changes.  The guidance is always practical and actionable.

-Implementation & On-Going Advisory Services-Virtual Marketing Executive

Depending upon your needs, I am happy to remain involved with your business for several days per month on a fixed fee ,and oversee changes as well as provide on-going sales and marketing guidance for you and your team.  In this capacity, I serve as a Virtual Marketing Executive.  You gain the executive guidance and maturity without the cost of a full-time marketing executive.
