A great book on leadership that I just finished and learned a lot from is &quot;Words for Warriors&quot; by Ralph Puckett.  I&#039;m very thankful that this author shared his years of &lt;a href=&quot;http://www.ralphpuckett.com/words-for-warriors/&quot; rel=&quot;nofollow&quot;&gt;military leadership experience&lt;/a&gt;.  It&#039;s an amazing book!</description>
