Of course, this falls on very receptive ears with me because one of the products we&#039;ve developed expands the concept of a survey into a real-time, bi-directional communications channel.  What is powerful about this, is that we allow companies to redefine the incentives so that people are protected and motivated to say what they really think is happening rather than talking the &quot;happy talk&quot; which accompanies most discussions between executives and workers.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I would love to show you what we&#039;ve built and get your thoughts.&lt;br /&gt;
