“Constancy of Purpose”

Great post! I hope the leaders who frequent your blog take a moment to “rest “in the question of “what is your firm’s constancy of purpose?”

With challenging economic conditions we are hearing leadership and team “burn out” being discussed in more and more meetings.

A constancy of purpose would ignite a battle cry, give team members a framework, a Cingular focus to grasp and contribute to.

That purpose also clears the draining clutter to help team members discern the activities that add value from those those that drain energy.
