Having managed some millennials (and having millennial leanings myself ) this post resonates with me. I’ve found that it takes actual effort to "get over it" but that effort can really pay off. These people can be extremely creative and productive if you work out a solution to bring the proper environment to their workplace. The tricky part is building the trust required to deliver the flexibility before you are pegged as an inflexible leader. Trust is a two-way street and some drivers have a habit of speeding.
